The Healthy Vegetarian Cooking course will run on Sundays for adults 18 years of age and older.

COURSE DETAILS

Course duration: 6 weeks
Start date: Sunday, April 15, 2018
Time: 12:00 noon to 1:30 pm
Class size: 10 students

  • Limited spaces on first come first served basis
  • Registrants may reserve a space in only one course
  • Registrants must satisfy all prerequisites of their chosen course
  • Registrants are expected to attend all sessions in their chosen course
  • Upon successful registration, a confirmation email will be sent out to the registrant

Then come join us in this class.

Our goal is to teach you how to make LOW-SALT, LOW-FAT, NON-MEAT meals. The participants  will have an opportunity to have hands-on preparation of these dishes. You will also receive additional ideas and recipes to take home along with healthy nutritious tips for breakfast, lunches and dinner.
